Manage Your Account Information and Bookings

To help ensure that we provide the most efficient service to all of our guests, Geometric Apartments provide an Online Booking Management System where you can check immediate availability, view, amend and pay for bookings through a secure log-in system.

After completing your initial booking, you will be sent your personal log-in details via e-mail to access your personal management area.

Within the management area, you will be able to:

• Check immediate availability and create new bookings
• Manage existing bookings (edit dates, apartment types and guests/extras)
• Update your contact information
• Amend your password to access your account
• Update any payment cards required
• View, print and pay invoices

You will be notified by e-mail of any new bookings that you place or amends to your existing bookings as well as invoices once payment has been received.

Online Security

We understand that information security and particularly the security of payment card data is of great concern to our customers. All bookings, payment and account management is protected by 128-bit encryption and secured by VeriSign, a world leader in Security Certificates.

We do not store payment card details on our servers. We communicate securely with Secure Trading in the processing of card details and payments.
