Lounge (first floor)
The lounge is tastefully furnished with brown leather suites and other pieces of furniture and contemporary artwork. There is a large flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD player and surround sound system. There is also a large wine fridge located in one corner of the lounge. A desk is also located in the lounge for those of you who need to work. There are patio doors which lead to a beautiful Glass Balcony which has a small table and chairs ideal for enjoying a glass of wine in the evening sun.
Kitchen Diner (first floor)
This room is located on the front side of the property overlooking the private road. The Kitchen is contemporary fully fitted with modern fixtures fitting and appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the utensils that you would require for your stay. The Dining area has a large dining table complete with 6 leather chairs. There is also a cloakroom with w/c and basin on landing.
Main Bedroom (second floor)
The main bedroom is spacious, light and airy. There are 2 double fitted wardrobes with ample hanging space. The main bedroom is fully furnished with comfortable double bed and leather furniture. There are patio doors which lead to another glass balcony to enjoy those summer mornings or evenings. The main bedroom also has its own fully fitted ensuite bathroom with double shower cubicle.
Bedroom 2 (second Floor)
This bedroom is located to the front of the property overlooking the private road and is very light and airy and has a pleasant feel. This bedroom is fully furnished with comfortable double bed.

This is located to the front of the property and has a pull out double bed. Complete with desk. Ideal for children.
