Lounge Area
Accented with contemporary original art, the lounge comes with a designer Italian sofa, dining set, chairs and Calligaris coffee tables. For entertainment there is a large flat screen TV with DVD/CD player and integrated hi-fi system with audio available throughout the flat through Bose integrated ceiling speakers - there is also a remote controlled wall mounted iPod docking station for your music.
Situated close to the Bristol exchange, our broadband internet connection has been measured at a blistering 17mbps per apartment! There is also a direct dial phone in each apartment with reasonable call tariffs (much lower than hotel rates).
Kitchen
The designer kitchens have a high-gloss finish and come equipped with hob, oven, extractor, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and all cooking and eating utensils required. The floors are real Bamboo Teak throughout the lounge and kitchen areas.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
The beds are fitted with the finest quality soft cotton sheets and duvets for added comfort and the floor is covered by high-quality Brintons contemporary axminster carpets. Master bedrooms have a designer standard double bed and include a 32" LCD TV, while in many of the second bedrooms there are 2 single beds that can be locked and made-up as a double if required. Camp beds are also available to sleep one extra person in the lounge area if necessary (+£15/night).
The bathrooms are very contemporary, with chic Italian pannelling throughout, stainless steel rims and finish, with hidden cisterns and real Bamboo Teak flooring. All have a high pressure shower plus a bath, and a hair-dryer en-suites in the 2 bedroom deluxe apartments vary. For laundry there is also a washer/dryer and ironing board with iron.
Security and Safety
Each apartment is operated by key-card entry plus there is a video door entry system and a comprehensive CCTV monitoring system, covering both the interior and exterior of the building, ensure our guests enjoy complete peace of mind during their stay. Smoke detectors and smoke dispersal systems also provide for your safety and in the event of any emergency a security officer is available on-site 24 hours a day. The building is fully tested for all health and safety aspects and of course statutory insurance is in place.
Rear Terrace and Park
To the rear of the apartments, a large secure communal terrace area (for patrons only) overlooks parkland beyond - ideal for summer barbeques, and provides an area for smokers.

No Smoking or Pets
All of the apartments and communal areas are strictly non-smoking. A smoking area is provided at the rear of the apartments.
We regret we cannot allow guests to bring pets of any kind (except guide dogs).
